TAMED AND UNTAMED: ALL GOD’S CRITTERS

TAMED AND UNTAMED: ALL GOD’S CREATURES is the title that  HighRoad Gallery has chosen for the April Exhibit in the Historic Register Buttles/Brown house in downtown Worthington.  Chaired by Sculptor Alan Hamwi, the show will feature a wide range of media by Ohio Artists who responded to the open call on a favorite theme, wild and tame animals.  In addition to painting, pencil, photos and collage, there are purses, scarves, felted animals and sculpture with animal subjects.

The show dates are March 31 to April 24.

The Artist’s Reception will be a special event onSaturday night, April 3, from 7:00 to 9:30 PM, a change from the usual Sunday openings to accommodate Easter the next day.  All are invited to meet the artists, and enjoy the food and drink.   Awards will be given out that evening to winners chosen by a judge.

Gallery hours are 12-4 Wednesday through Saturday.  The Phone is 614-781-6454 and the website, www.highroadgallery.org, will be updated with this show on March 30.
